Training 4 times per week for 4 weeks and hitting multiple muscles in each session, this plan is designed to throw lots at you in a shorter amount of time by using giant sets. Each of the workouts will last around 30 minutes.You will need the gym for this program, but once your station is set up with the equipment you need, you can just get on with it, not having to wait around for numerous pieces of equipment.
