This is 2-week plan of bodyweight fat loss workouts, training 5 times per week. Your workouts will last no more than 30 minutes.

You need no gym equipment, except one day you will need a skipping/jump rope but you can change this exercise if you need to.

This program is perfect for anyone that doesn't go to a gym, and works out at home with little to no equipment. Maybe you're travelling and still want a workout, this will work perfect for you.
