About this gym plan

If you are somebody with joint/tendon issues you can benefit from a low-impact workout plan. Low-impact strength training refers to exercises that are easier on your joints, by avoiding exercises such as jumping or other general hard impacting exercises.

This is a 3-day per week plan in which you'll be hitting full body on each of the days. Every week has brand new exercises, taking into consideration people who want to avoid things which may cause more stress on their bodies. You're still able to see exceptional results from your strength training, it's just tweaked slightly from exercise to exercise.
